Option 1: write 3 600-900 word essays on three of the topics given below

1. Compare and contrast the portrayal of Aphrodite (and/or of the nature of "love") in four of the following (as always, detail the significance of your findings): 2. Which goddess from Powell's chapters 8 and 9 and Leonard's Chapter 2 would you most like to be and which godess would you least like to be and why?
